    Moët & Chandon

Moët&Chandon opened his first Moët Bar in Macao, where the sparkling pleasures of champagne can be experienced by all senses. Resulting from the collaboration between the agencies ByVOLTA (in which Gaël Hiétin was then creative director) and Marc&Chantal Design, the bubble bar was created as an interactive place, where champagne lovers can live a truly multisensory and immersive experience.

    Bubbling excitement for all senses.

Taste is the ultimate experience in a space dedicated to sampling. That is why we have worked on a sensorial and interactive device to make taste more sublime and frank. The space is a playground for an acoustic and visual experience. The movement of visitors triggers visual and interactive contents synchronized on music playlists in strategic zones, like sparkling bubbles invading the walls. The seats are transformed into acoustic Jacuzzis, as visitors can hear music coming from the vibrations of benches while sitting, with acoustic waves becoming infrabass audible sounds. There are bubbles within each bubble, an echo revealing secret noises and conversations. Two fragrances created with the collaboration of Givaudan perfume tester Sonia Constant are spread at will interactively. The first scent reproduces the smell of champagne while the second one insists on sampling. The link between the white champagne light projected into space and taste leads to an optimal tasting experience.
