In response to a call for proposals from Vacheron Constantin, Atelier GH, in collaboration with Shortcut Events, unveils a bold conceptual vision for Watches and Wonders 2025 — one that blends open architecture, modularity, and immersive experience around the theme “The Quest.”

In response to a call for proposals from Vacheron Constantin, Atelier GH, in collaboration with Shortcut Events, unveils a bold conceptual vision for Watches and Wonders 2025 — one that blends open architecture, modularity, and immersive experience around the theme “The Quest.”

Envisioned as a living jewel box, the project stages a dialogue between watchmaking mastery and scenographic innovation. The fully modular space unfolds along a dual floor-ceiling grid: a topographic marquetry floor, a guilloché-inspired canopy overhead, and grand draperies that sculpt the light.

Three complementary zones structure the visitor journey — a public area anchored by the Maltese Cross, a permanent professional space, and a hybrid zone combining a lounge bar with a Touch & Feel area — all conceived to encourage interaction and discovery.

Noble materials — metal, wood, glass, felt, leather — reflect the Maison’s artisanal excellence down to the finest details.

At the heart of the installation, the kinetic piece STORYMATIC orchestrates “The Quest” — a participatory, sensory-driven experience that culminates in an immersive room, where a shifting floor evokes the pursuit of excellence that has driven Vacheron Constantin for 270 years.
