Beneath the garden of the Havas Group headquarters, the agency W Conran Design, in collaboration with Ateliergh, has transformed the corporate restaurant into a hybrid and inspiring space, designed to meet new ways of working and enhance employee well-being.

Named ROOTS, the project draws its identity from the symbolism of what lies beneath the earth: roots, fossils, and traces of life become sources of inspiration and curiosity. This unique approach is expressed through walls embedded with fossils and exotic insects, modular spaces (private meeting rooms, high and low tables opening onto the garden), and comfort features such as a giant acoustic curtain that transforms the ambiance outside of mealtimes. More than just a restaurant, ROOTS is conceived as a living ecosystem—designed to welcome, surprise, and foster collective work in a warm, flexible, and stimulating environment.
