FOR SHORTCUT EVENTS
Crossing space and defying time: the scenography imagined for the RM 43-01 Ferrari offers an immersive dive into the beauty of movement, blending radical design, innovation, and formal freedom.
Conceived for Shortcut Events as part of a pitch for Richard Mille, this scenographic project showcases the latest watchmaking creation born from the brand’s partnership with Ferrari.
Installed at the Palais de Tokyo, within the raw setting of this iconic contemporary art venue, the concept engages in a dialogue with the site’s industrial aesthetic and unfolds across four distinct sequences: an immersive entrance introducing the Richard Mille universe, a gallery highlighting the key moments of the collaboration with Ferrari, a spectacular garage where iconic models stand like mechanical sculptures, and finally, a space dedicated to the watch, revealing the stages of its creation.
A monumental partition—architecturally extruded from the RM 43-01 case—unfurls throughout the space, structuring the entire installation. It is traversed by luminous red lines evoking speed and the flow of time.
With its bold graphic language and meticulous staging, the scenography delivers a sensory experience where mechanical excellence and horological precision resonate within a resolutely contemporary world.
