    Final thesis

On December 12, 1999, flight n° 24k Emirates Airlines leaves Paris to Melbourne (Australia) with a theme of memory in my luggage : Serendipity in creative process.

It’s the difficulty of understanding a theme that dispels when approached that will lead me to abstract to immerse myself in photographic experimentation (we’ll see).

This immersion will lead me to discover two processes. Janus and Hiroshima don’t speak directly of serendipity as an image, but are the revelators (through their process of elaboration) of a creative approach that seems to me to be at the origin of all my projects, including this document. It’s the interpretation of the way that makes matter.

This is not a book, it is a trace… A tool for finding.

Like Ulysses, Gaël invites us into an odyssey with new myths.
As he travels, he creates a map. Mapping a possible world.
Like the first maps of the middle ages, they draw approximate continents.
It is precisely this approach to motivation that is interesting and carries”possible” possibilities.
The world around us is visible to those who seek to weave an inspirational Ariane thread.
The inspiration comes from a methodology. This is the methodology.
A gymnastics of the mind that strives to read the proposals, the accidents, that are available to us at every moment of life in order to produce “miracles”.
Take inspiration from its cantonments linked to the production of specific objects.
A table is a flower, this flower is an energy : it is because it is an energy, that the table will allow dinners loaded with “wonderful”.
Give meaning to the objects around us. Give more meaning to the life that lives us.
The object is inhabited by the emotional quotient…
